I've used Four Star for both plumbing & A/C for several years. The people in the office are always pleasant, the technicians explain everything thoroughly and I trust their recommendations. We've had a couple of hiccups over the years, as you'd expect with anything mechanical, but any problems were promptly and courteously corrected - you can't ask for more than that.
