When I called to get an appointment they said there is a $75 service fee. Great! All were very professional. Then when the service tech came and gave me an estimate it was $230 not sure what all that included. he was there approximately 15 minutes and said he needed to get a new O ring. When he returned he said the O ring cost $15 but my estimate then changed to $260. Hmmmm.... I had to get it fixed because I had someone coming to resurface my tub. I guess $245 an hour is a little high. If you take out the $75 service fee then it would be $170 hour. The tech did fix my dripping faucet and tightened up my kitchen sink faucet. He said that they also install hot water if I was ever in need. I would hate to know how much that would cost.
