I am on the Peterson Heating & Cooling yearly pan, where they come out and check my furnace, heating, and air conditioner system. They recently came out to do just that, and it was a fine experience. It was Mr. Peterson that showed up to inspect it, and I appreciated that. He knows what he is doing, and he was very meticulous about wearing pads on his shoes so he wouldn't mess up the carpet. I would appreciate if they would call or send a postcard next time, to remind me about the upcoming check-up. It would be helpful.
