They were able to fit me in same day I called, in the morning, so we were not without heat for very long. The service person that came was knowledgeable and friendly and showed us what we need to do to get the most out of our unit and our dollars. I have an elderly mother at home so the temperature and getting it fixed fast was a concern for me.
