Peterson Heating & Cooling has always had excellent customer service, and I've been very impressed and pleased with their work. They came out, once before, in the middle of a terrible cold spell. They were booked solid, but it was an emergency, so they fit us in between two other calls and we were just so, so grateful. Most recently, they came out to fix something with the furnace, and, like before, it was a professional, organized process, and I couldn't be more pleased. Highest of ratings, and definitely, definitely recommended.
