We had a bunch of repairs that needed to be done before we could move in right after we bought our house. Peterson Heating and Cooling came out quickly and were very kind. Afterwards I saw that something wasn't done right. Really it had been a matter of miscommunication, but they took total ownership of it.

They came out the next day, made the repair and credited me hundreds back off my bill.

None of the other contractors I worked with even came close. When met with an error, two of the other contractors got rude and antagonistic. And neither of those guys (one of which flooded my basement while trying to install flooring) offered to give me a dime in compensation.

But PETERSON HEATING & COOLING WENT THE EXTRA MILE! Their customer service has made me a customer for life!
