We call in on Thursday morning at 8 am and were told that Peterson was very busy and will let us know if they can get someone out to fix our unit today. We got a call back about 10 am and were told someone would be at our home at 11:30 am. Richard came out and got us up and running within a half hour. This is excellent service and would recommend Peterson AC to anyone who needs service
