I am not happy with Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning, and I would never use them again. It took them three attempts to clean my ductless air conditioning unit, and they originally told me that there was black mold in it. However, their last service tech told me that there was no black mold at all, but just dust. I have a contract with them to keep my heating unit serviced too. I had a problem, and I was first told that it was my filter, and then I was told that it was a switch. I am not sure if the filter was ever changed out or not. When I called to talk to a manager, I was told that there was no manager, but that a new one was coming out the next day. Because of all of this, I have switched companies.
