We're not there right now, but Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning were able to get things fixed and going again when we got a remote alert from the boiler. They are a fantastic company. Very responsive, especially for emergencies. They are usually very busy, so when we need maintenance, it takes a really long time to get on their schedule. But when our air conditioning went out, they were right there the same day. When our boiler alert went off, they were right there the same day. And that's the most important thing. It's the little things that sometime get confused. The communication among their technicians could be improved. They could communicate about what has already been done and share their notes about a site. But we are so satisfied with them overall, that we stick with them for continuity's sake. We like to use the local businesses.
