Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning is amazing! They really, really saved me! I had hired a company to come in and clean the duct work for my HVAC system. They said that I had mold in the ductwork and opened up my HVAC unit attempted to clean it and totally damaged it to the point of needing replaced! They took some parts out and cleaned where they shouldn't have, which destroyed it. I called Flanders to come in and access it and see if it could be repaired, which it could not. They ordered in a new system for me, installed that in a very short time frame. The problem came, when that new system was damaged from the manufacturer. Flanders did not hesitate and got another new system. Within 24 to 48 hours, the new system arrived, and Flanders technicians were out to install it the very next day! They also took the old system and inspected it, and found the duct cleaning company had in fact ruined my system. This was a very unpleasant situation with the duct cleaning company, but Flanders has stepped up and are going to bat for me. I am currently working with my credit card company to have the charges dismissed! From now on, I will be calling Flanders to get referrals for anyone doing any work that has anything to do with my HVAC system! I am very fortunate to have everyone at Flanders that helped me. From the salesman to every HVAC technician that came through my doors! Everyone was extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate! My new system is running great, thank you, Flanders, and I have absolutely no complaints at all.
