Their customer information system needs attention!
I recently sold my home and asked Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning to certify that they had serviced my heating and air conditioning units, standard documentation for any closing. They refused to do so. They wouldn't send a simple document stating that the system was in working order. Regardless, I passed along their contact information to the new owner. Then, months later, I got a phone call from Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning reminding me to schedule service in the house I sold. I told them I no longer owned the house. Now, I'm getting a phone call asking me for a survey on their service, which I didn't receive because I no longer live in that home. They need to straighten out their information system.
