The technicians from Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning are fantastic. The service is very, very good. For five years I have considered Flanders a five-star company. We had a small hassle about a month ago that almost dropped them down very low in my rating opinion but they managed to pull it out after I made a phone call. I'm one of the locals on the North Fork and we struggle to get good or at least equitable service. The people who come out from Manhattan have been competing with us for repair companies. Last month I had a service call confirmed for the following day. But Flanders suddenly informed all their customers that they would be unexpectedly closed for the day and all service calls were canceled. I don't like to pull strings but I was very upset about rearranging my schedule so I made a call. Within two hours a technician was here to complete my service all. I guess local people are important, too! I recommend Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning.
