Retainer Maintenance Agreement Is Disappointing
I have a service maintenance program with Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. I think this agreement is some form of retainer with the idea that it would save you money on repairs. I have gotten huge bills for repairs while participating in this agreement. You are charged in addition to the contractual amount you pay. Why bother with a retainer service contract if it doesn't lower the repair price?
