Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning repaired my furnace recently and I don't understand how the bill is so high. I'm self-isolating in New Jersey close to my son, so the watchman is taking care of my New York property. He is the one who first noticed a problem with the furnace and called Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. They came out and the watchman made arrangements to let them in. Flanders discovered two little valves or devices that needed replacing and told me they would order them. They also said they wouldn't charge me labor for the second visit to install the devices. After a while, I noticed I hadn't gotten a bill so I called them. Then when I saw the two bills and the total was over five hundred dollars I was astonished. That seems way too high. So I need to call them back and find out if there is a mistake or what. Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning has been hard to reach during this isolation period.
