This was the first and last time I will use Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. I called them to come out and look at my unit. I had to give them my credit card information but I told them to call me before any charges and let me know all the information about the unit. The technician came out and worked on the unit but he did not explain what he was doing or go over anything about what was wrong. They charged me $225 for fixing it and when I finally asked for information about it they said that it would have been the same price to replace it rather than fixing it, but they never gave me that option. They came highly recommended which is why I called them. I had heard good things about them when the father was running the business but from what I see now I guess the son is running things and it just isn't as good as what it once was. They were not transparent in their recommendations, they didn't explain things or answer questions. Just not good business in my opinion. I would not use nor would I recommend Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning.
