I did not have a good experience with Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning. I called them up because there was a part under warranty I needed replacing. I called them up, but they said that it was not actually under warranty. So a tech came out to inspect my unit and charged $180. I got a call the next day saying that the whole unit needed to be replaced, but that they would not be able to do it for a few weeks. Instead of waiting I called up another company to have it replaced. Those few weeks passed and I got a call by Flanders to set up a time to get my part replaced. They confirmed that the part, of which I was informed was not under warranty, was in fact under warranty. I told them my situation, and that I went ahead to get my system replaced based around their suggestion. No one from the company ever called me back to explain the issue or to even attempt at resolving the problem. I had used them before in one of my offices, but I will not be using them again.
