Recent homeowner in Hampton Bays. AC unit stopped working last Saturday. Called Flanders (their name was on the unit - prior homeowner used Flanders). They were tied up with existing customers and advised they could come Wednesday. Wednesday arrived and now told next Thursday. Mind you that I am seeking a service contract - long term service. I guess no interest or room for new clients.
