Horrible service
I called Flanders to fix my Cac, my lower unit was not blowing cold air. The technician showed up on time and was courteous. He trouble shot the system and told me my system was low on Freon, and possibly had a leak. The technician filled both systems and I got charged $871, he never tried to fix leak or find it. After talking to a friend who is a technician also, said the tech could have put a stop leak in the system, or at least pressurize the system with nitrogen to find the leak, but did neither. So my leak is still there and will probably need more Freon soon. The office also charged me for a maintenance agreement that I never authorized because they had my credit card on file. The office staff gave me the run around and finally gave me a partial refund on the maintenance agreement, why not the whole thing?? Not fair or ethical. I will never use this company again and will dispute charges.
