I've been using Flanders Heating & Air Conditioning for about three or four years. They come when they say they will come. They do what they say they will do. Everyone who works for them is quite pleasant. Most recently, I called them because our water heater stopped working. Nothing appeared to be wrong with it. My housemate took a look at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Flanders came out to look at it, and they found that it was working fine when they got here, so they only charged me a flat service call fee. They came here for another emergency situation with the hot water heater. They responded, they were understanding, they got here as quickly as they could. They always clean up after themselves. What more could you ask? I also had a problem with air conditioning unit in my workshop, and I really felt they were the only people to call about it. That was a slow process because the AC was built into a small space. They had to find the unit, order it, and then fit it into that tiny space. they kept me updated the whole time. They did a beautiful job. Everyone in the office is always really nice and helpful, whether it be the receptionist or the boss, and they are straightforward. They don't give you a runaround.
