I was very happy with the technician who arrived at my home, on time, and in uniform. I do not remember if he gave me his name, if so, I do not remember it. He was knowledgable and willing to listen to my situation.

Two overall concerns. 1. Is that during the course of our appointment, I mentioned the desire to get a quote on having an additional A/C vent added to an office that does not currently have one. He said he will "let the office know so they can call and schedule an appointment for someone else to come out and give you an estimate." That has not happened and the appointment was July 7th...today is the 14th. 2. Since our problem was a lack of effective A/C especially in the second floor, I mentioned the possibility of the duct work having separated from the flanges (?) on the air handler. This did not impress upon the technician to climb into the attic space and investigate first-hand that this was, in fact, NOT part of the problem.
