Ben did a great job explaining what he and Pedro were going to do and at the end reviewed any issues. My only disappointment was with the office in that we asked for a quote for line replacement and they did not provide Ben and Pedro with the camera. Ben and Pedro returned this morning with the camera, then Ben presented us with options regarding the quote for the replacement. I would welcome Ben and Pedro back for future plumbing needs.
