The technician, Mike was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We had him over to change out the humidifier pad and give our furnace a cleaning and "tune-up". He even shared some simple tips on keeping our furnace running efficiently. He was in and out in less than an hour. A pleasant experience.
