Mike provided outstanding service when he came out to check my furnace. I didn't know the heat was out until I got home from work and he drove over, after regular hours, in the snow, to try and help me out.
Mike was very helpful, friendly, and explained the problem very clearly. He helped me with the next steps that were needed to get my furnace working again. It was all done very reasonably.
