Sometimes HOA's have difficult people to work with. Robert Bair's staff is always professional and polite. Their service is amazing. Had an unground pipe break at another property and Robert Bair not only located it precisely but did a great job from beginning to end. This was done inside an owner's unit and I was so pleased with how clean they kept the site while working underground!
