I have been a customer of Robert Bair for many years. We loved our previous tech Tony but he unfortunately is no longer with you. Then we had some no so great techs. Mike is outstanding! I hope you are doing everything to keep him and make him feel appreciated. It was well worth the wait for him to return from his paternity leave. It is really all about the service and that is largely dependent on the tech. He is wonderful!
