The previous A/C company that I had used for several years always tried to sell me something extra they said I needed. It felt nice that Tri-County Aire did not try to sell me something extra. Your rep., Alfonso, took the time to explain what he was going to do. He suggested a different brand of air filter that would fit better. He took me outside to the compressor and showed by the gauge readings and explained that it was running normal. He did not try to sell me some thing extra like the previous A/C company had.
