After the service was completed, the furnace didn’t work.
Never notified me, also that you were not at Bryant dealer anymore. Also never notified me that you were increasing the cost, even though I was on the service plan. You should as a business notify your customers when there is a change. I feel that you should reimburse me the $68 extra I paid. And you left me with no heat. Thanks a lot. Call me 570-994-6603😜
