Our internet had some issues that required replacement of the modem which dropped a number of pieces of network equipment including the phone access to view/control the pool functions. A claim form was submitted and by the third day (as promised by the email reply from Anthony & Sylvan) Miles called to say that he is in the area and would be stopping by to help us with the problem. Mile indeed resolved the problem and got the phone back to view/control the functions of the pool. He was well mannered and patient in explaining the procedure with which he fixed the connection issue. He also answered other pool related maintenance questions as well. This particular service claim should receive a 5-star rating.
I should also explain the lower rating for the total experience. I had submitted another claim regarding a small crater (size of a dime and about 1 cm deep) that opened up on the bottom of the pool. One person from Anthony & Sylvan came and informed me that he will contact a manager for the manager to come out to look at the crater and then recommend a solution. I was never again contacted by Anthony & Sylvan and then winter came so I stopped following up on that issue. I do not remember the name of the person that came out.
