Planned to use Anthony & Sylvan in Las Vegas but they simply disappeared & were not professional. Met with the sales rep (Nigel), told him what we wanted & sent him pictures of exactly what we wanted, etc. His design was everything we didn't want, including colors, etc. Told the rep and he said he'd correct before we met again in one weeks time. The Sunday before we were to meet to finalize & sign the contract (Monday), Nigel said via email he was ill and couldn't meet. He said he'd refer me to his manager (Jim) to assist while he was out. Spoke with Jim the next day and he asked me to send him an email to bring him up to speed and he'd call me later that day to assist. Never heard back. Waited a week then followed up with both email and phone. Never received a return email and it was VERY difficult reaching anyone via phone, but I finally got through. Spoke to a person, explained the situation and was placed on hold. The person came back on the line and said Jim apologized, and would have the file transferred to another sales rep. Never heard from anyone. Tried calling several more times and no one answered. Their office is down the street from where I work so I went to their office. Employees out front of the office and visually you could see people inside walking around / working. I called their number, no one answered and it went to their v-mail. This happened 3 days in a row. Clearly they don't care and don't want the business. Being one of the "sales pitches" of the sales rep is/was "we have thousands of happy customers & positive reviews online..." they are getting a real experience review from me, since they wasted over a month of my time, disappeared, were not professional AND there is NO WAY to contact the corporate office to report, they get a Zero Stars from me! Buyer / User Beware!
