We chose Anthony & Sylvan because of the way they construct the pool. We got a play pool so it's deep in the middle and shallower at the ends. The project manager was very good and that he was on top of things. He checked in regularly. He sent me text messages with pictures of the progress of the pool, so I knew that he was actually on the property. The construction people were all wonderful and did everything in a timely fashion. I was happy with them.

However, their sales team dropped the ball after they get the sale. I have tried calling the salesman because I wasn't happy with the lights installed in my pool. I told them I wanted the lights that I could have a remote with, and that's not what we got. The salesman gave me a brochure when we signed for the pool, and it showed a remote with it. When I called him on it, he was supposed to call and check if there was any way to put the remote with it. We've never heard a word back since then.
