This was my first time to use Rooter Plus Plumbing & Heating, and I am NOT a happy customer! They have been to my home three times now, and the problem is still not fixed. The problem was, that my radiator was stopping up. The first trip out, they said it was a part that needed replacing, so I paid them to replace it. The problem still occurred, and the next trip out they said it was something else. So that means the first diagnoses was wrong.

Where we are now, after their third trip here is, that they are telling me they can not fix the problem at all. So I think I should get some kind of a refund.
