Not Good
I called Rooter Plus Plumbing & Heating when the tenants of my rental had issues with the bathroom; the bath tub had developed a leak. I called the company and they sent a plumber. The plumber went in and took three or four hours to do a consult. Then he let me know what the issue was; however, he was not able to get the necessary part for the repair. He also couldn't give me a recommendation on which part I needed to obtain. So I asked him what my options were and he recommended that I call my super. I called my super who obtained the part needed. He looked into the issue, located the problem and fixed it. Beyond that initial consult, the plumber didn't really do anything. So I felt like I had paid for this consultation, with nothing much to show for it.
