If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had another company claim that the spots in my carpet were permanent but Kyle proved that wasn't true at all. I wanted to wait a couple days before reviewing to make sure they didn't come back and sure enough they're still gone. I feel he went above and beyond and for just a fraction of the cost that the other company had charged me.
