My carpet was in really rough shape with lots of pet issues. Kyle was honest and let me know what to expect which I really appreciate. It wasn't perfect but it turned out 100 times better than I thought it would. At some point I'll end up getting new carpet and having these guys keep it looking good and smelling fresh.
