I didn't have any hot water a few nights back and after numerous attempts of relighting I gave up and I had to call someone the following morning and of course I chose Burton & Sons once again to help me out. Joe was my tech and I so appreciate the time and patience that Joe offers to probably all of his clients and I was once again one of those clients. He's courteous, patient, and informative and everything you would want in an HVAC or Plumber Tech. I couldn't be happier and I have to thank him for his efforts in helping me in every way he could and also by passing along a little knowledge, too.
