This was an emergency. My flat screen TV was falling off from the mount that was installed by another company a year ago. I called TechRowe and the Office Manager heard my cries for help. She took my service request and got a technician out the same day. I called in the morning and met Gene on my lunch break. He was extremely good. He saved my TV from falling on the floor. The service was so great, I called them back again to install 5.1 in my media room the following week. The technicians stayed late to wire my home theater system and really wanted to make sure that I was happy. It was great to see such a level of service.

Gene also recommended an IR emitter so that I can house components in my closet and just point my remote at the TV. Very clean.
