I called in Aqua Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Services when my furnace broke. They were really great. I was very impressed with their response time. I'm in Chicago, and it was very cold, so it was kind of urgent. They sent technicians over almost within the hour. I also appreciated that after I called them, I got an email from them with a picture of who was coming to my place. So the safety aspect for customers is great. They sent four people over, both furnace technicians and plumbers, because alongside the furnace issue, there was also a broken water pipe. They were all very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. They were very clean in their work and when they left they cleaned up. There was no mess left--everything was taken out. Overall, they did a great job.
