I thought EMC Collision was very professional and very attentive. Victor, my contact at EMC, was very friendly and interested in my goals to get my car fixed and looking good. In addition to that, when there were a few hang ups in the repairs, which resulted in a minor delay in the process, he kept me well informed and up to date in a timely manner.

The process overall went pretty smoothly. My car came out looking better than before. I would have no problems returning to them for repeat business; this is my second time using them.
