We purchased our house in NJ in August of 2021. It came with a beautiful inground gunite pool and customized slide. When we purchased the house, the pool, the customized slide, the pumps, they were all working PERFECTLY. But the tiles were chirping so we wanted to resurface our pool. We called couple company and decided to use Anthony & Sylvan Pools to resurface our pool. Their price was the highest, but we wanted to get the best result. We signed the contract in February of 2022. The resurface project finished in April 2022. After the project finished, our new pool looks so beautiful. HOWEVER, in or around May 2022, when we called our pool maintenance guy to open our pool, he told us the nightmare. The bottom drainages from the pool and spa were clogged due to plastered leakage. As such all the pumps that pulled the water from the bottom of the pool and the bottom of the spa are not working and unable to circulate the water. Anthony & Sylvan resurfaced the pool but they destroyed the drainages of the pool. We reached out to Anthony & Sylvan many times, but they refused to do anything about it. The cost of the repair is about $20K to $25K and will take couple months of work, which involves digging 9 to 12 ft shaft, cutting through our patio stones, cutting off the bottom of the pool and spa, replace the pipes, and put everything back together. It's a very complicated tasks that will take time and money to resolve. So, BEWARE of this company. AVOID them at all costs. They are not very responsible. They are hiring UNQUALIFIED personal workers. Their customer's service is not responsive.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Hire a reliable company and save yourself from HEADACHE.
