I have been with CarShield since September 2022. They have paid our over $20,000 in claims on my policy for my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. They have paid for a complete engine replacement and transmission replacement within 6 months and about 7,000 miles on the truck with no fight at all. The key to keeping up with the maintenance and keeping your records. The app they provide makes it easy to pay the policy, file claims, upload service records to the policy, contact roadside, and review a copy of the policy at any time. Hands down best experience I could hope for based on the terrible reviews people were leaving at the time of policy origination. I just changed the policy from my truck to my wife’s car because I am now using it for work thanks to the gas cost hikes. Plus CarShield has replaced the vast majority of everything that could possible go wrong majorly and it is practically a new truck and almost paid off with the bank.
