I heard about CarShield and signed up right away. But afterwards I read the reviews and saw the reviews on the news that were horrible and horrific. However, I had CarShield for about two months, and my truck started making a rattling noise. I immediately called CarShield. They got me over to a towing agency and paid for towing. My vehicle got to the mechanic shop of my choice and they called car shield. The mechanics said it was the timing chain and CarShield sent out an adjuster. When the adjuster got there he saw the damage and asked me to send my service records. I sent them right away. The adjuster said that’s exactly what I needed. The next morning my claim was approved for $2900. It was no hassle, no questions, and the smoothest transaction I have ever been involved in regarding a claim ever. Everyone I talk to at CarShield was professional and helpful. The process was so fast and so easy it was unbelievable. From the time I called for the tow truck to the time my truck was fixed was about 2 1/2 weeks to three weeks. Of that two and a half to three weeks I waited on CarShield zero of that time. That’s how long it took the mechanics to get together what they needed to get to CarShield and repair my truck. I am extremely satisfied and extremely grateful. My truck has 128000 miles and I’m happy to have CarShield as my warranty company and would and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you CarShield.
