Every time I call, no matter what the situation, car shields customer service is amazing. Courteous, respectful and very well at communication and explanations that I have asked for. I would recommend car shield even if the service was bad just because of the great customer service. We need more people like this. Thank you for everything. My car coverage is amazing as well.
