The rep, John, I spoke with today is the epitome of what customer service should be! Kudos, John.

At the end of my conversation with John I was impressed with his professionalism. On the other hand, I will never recommend Ameican Auto Shield to anyone. Customer service must not be a term that is understood at American Auto Shield.....multiple hold times, reps who have no answers (and no effort to find answers), promises to call back and not once have they followed up on any of my calls.....American Auto Shield has been rewarded by a complaint to the BBB and a scathing review.
