When we called after normal working hours the operator, Monica, said that she would schedule a service call for us. She called back to confirm that she was able to reach a technician who would be coming that evening.
Raul Perez arrived about 7:30 pm. He was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our issue and resolve it quickly. We were thrilled that we received this excellent service after hours. Raul was wonderful to work with and we thank Baker Brothers for hiring a great guy like him! We can’t express how thankful we were to receive this excellent service.
