I've been using Sputh Air for about two years now. They installed my new TRANE unit last year and I had an issue with it when it stopped cooling, I called South Air and they had a tech out first thing the next morning even though I called around 7pm the night before, they quickly diagnosed the problem took care of the warranty parts with TRANE and promptly installed a couple of days later when they parts came in. This company is top notch for service and knowledge and I would recommend them to anyone. We have had nothing but the best service from everyone at South Air and thank them immensely for keeping our HVAC systems tuned up and trouble free each year.
