I've been using South Air for about four or five years now. The first time I met South Air, they took care of a problem that two other air conditioning/heating companies couldn't solve. Even though those companies couldn't solve it, they still charged me and I still had the problem. South Air came in and had a simple solution. It was boom, instantly in five minutes the problem was solved and it cost a tenth of what the other companies charged me. Whenever I have issues with my air conditioning/heating unit, I always just call them. Recently I needed to get a new unit and they installed it for me. They're always professional. All the different guys that come out are always polite and professional. They always do a good job. If you need somebody reliable, call them. Even the people in the office call to remind you someone is on the way so there are no miscommunication issues.
