Two years ago South Air sent a young man over to replace the unit in our downstairs level. He was very nice and professional. He took care not to track mud and was very pleasant with our dog.

Fast forward two years, and the same gentleman was sent out to replace the unit in our upstairs level. Same great service and he even remembered our dog's name! Having a dog can be good or bad, especially with strangers coming in. This wasn't an issue and we felt comfortable with him being in our home. Within 1-2 weeks after the service was complete Vicki called to check-in with us. No problems!

Overall I appreciate the value of having South Air service our units. After the first unit was installed I didn't even bother checking around. Their service is that good! Eventually, I did some research and found their pricing is close enough to other competitors. Anything cheaper I probably wouldn't be comfortable doing business with that company anyway.
