Banner is always up-front and honest. The guys who come are pleasant and are hard workers. So much better than another (unnamed) rival who charged us an extra hundred (doubling their charge) on a maintenance visit for pulling out a foot wide by foot long filter in a sunroom ac/heater unit and washing it in the sink.
