Greer's Banner Air has always done a great job for us. This was not our first time using them, in fact, we have been using them for many years. They came out recently to do the annual inspection on our HVAC system and everything checked out fine. We have stayed with them throughout the years because they are a reputable company with good customer service and good pricing. Their technicians are always courteous, prompt, polite and professional. When they show up they don't chase my wife around the house which is always a good thing! The technician got on the roof and inspected the unit then came in and replaced the filter and checked the internal parts here. Whenever they do their assessment they go over their findings with us and take the time to answer any questions we may have.
