Great service. I've had some issues with a VW while under warranty. Prescott Import Car Service worked with me and VW to try and resolve the issue. From the service writer, the shop owner, and the technician, I always felt like they were doing their best and concerned for me and my vehicle. They coordinated with VW Techline to cover everything under the manufacturers warranty. Also coordinating rental cars as needed while repairs were being performed.
